Before we start, you can learn more about the brand in my comprehensive Everlane review.
Everlane French Terry Sweatshirt Review
The classic gray sweatshirt should be a staple in every man’s wardrobe. It’s athletic inspired and raglan sleeved, distinguished by the diagonal seam from the collarbone to underarm.
It’s also ribbed at the waist and wrist. I opted for the heather grey color, but the sweatshirts also come in a washed black, navy and bright green.
Everlane Heather Grey Sweatshirt: How Does It Feel & Fit?
Everlane’s French Terry Crewneck Sweatshirt is in a classic fit, and so there’s a little bit of breathing room, but it’s not at all slouchy. The sweatshirt isn’t thick nor thin, it’s more of a mid-weight (12 oz.) french terry fabric. Additionally, it feels soft, not rough at all.
Thankfully this raglan sleeve sweatshirt comes on a XXS, making for a much better fit. Not sure why this sweatshirt is the outlier in terms of sizing. It’d be perfect if the other items came in XXS as well.
The XXS appears fitted on my frame from the chest, through the sleeves, all the way down to the length of the shirt. The shirt collar isn’t too tight or loose, but fits just right around my neck. It’s one of the better fitting sweatshirts I’ve tried on off-the-rack.
