We all reach that point where we tell ourselves, enough already, it’s time for a change. I’ve reached that point when it comes to my personal fitness.
Enter the 30 day 100x fitness challenge.
I made an agreement with myself to do a fitness challenge of 100 pushups, 100 pull-ups, 100 sit ups and 100 squats every day for 30 days.

One rule is that I’ve gotta do it all within 30 minutes. Because spreading it out throughout the day is just too easy.
WHY I’M DOING THIS
The main reason I’m doing this is because I’ve been feeling like crap for a long time now. I just let myself go, eating all kinds of junk food and not exercising. It’s easy to fall into this rabbit hole of unhealthy habits, especially as you get older. I’m not 18 anymore and so I know that I have to start watching what goes into my body and that I’ve got to take care of it now, while I’m still relatively young so that it treats me right when I’m older.
I’m hoping that this challenge can help spur some positive changes in terms of my personal fitness and who knows maybe it will bleed into other areas of my life, perhaps improving my diet as well.
I’ve heard that if you do something for 30 days then you can make a habit out of it and so that’s what I intend to do with this fitness challenge, to create some positive habits.
I know I’m going to be pretty damn sore at first, but I know I can do it because I love to randomly bust out pushups and pull-ups throughout my days, so 100 of each won’t be so bad right?
I took some before pictures and so I will be doing a before and after once the 30 days is up.
This article is simply a declaration that I AM DOING this challenge. The follow up article (if I make it I made it) will have the results.
Alright, so let’s go. Commence 30 Day Fitness Challenge!

Thanks bro! All it takes is the initial step. Once you’re in motion, it’s easy to keep it going. Good luck my man.
